We are a small locally owned and operated company. I do all the work myself so the person you meet when getting the estimate is the person that shows up to build your patio. I take alot of pride in my work and have dozens of reviews that will show you we are the most affordable company and offer more patio for less money. We show you the material cost. Other companies just give you a flat price around 9-10 dollars a sq ft. They do not want you to see that they bid the job for 3,000 dollars and the material is only 900. We stay below our material cost. If your material is 1,500 then we normally charge 1,200 to install. If your material is 3,000 then we are around 2,500. We offer cypress at the same price as other companies offer all aluminum
